In 1906 Aloysius Alzheimer was a German psychiatrist and neuropathologist who was credited for identifying the precise first diagnosed case of pre senile dementia later to be know as Alzheimers distemper. One hundred and seven years later we are still not completely sure of the causes of this malady and wherefore only certain people get it. Symptoms of Alzheimers disease will gradually worsen of a period of months to years and the progression of the disease varies from person to person.
